Matthew has extensive experience working with at promise youth, the community, and incarcerated populations, transforming lives through trauma informed education and empowerment. With his lived experience, he understands first hand the challenges of reentry, recovery, and rehabilitation. Leveraging his experience, he works to help those seeking personal growth transition back into society.

As a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician, Youth Mentor, Lead Facilitator, and Credible Messenger, Matthew has seen that when people are given the right tools and genuine support, remarkable transformation follows

Brian Fischer

CEO

For the last 15 years, Brian Fischer has managed large farm businesses in California as a CFO, COO, and President. He has also taught community college classes in business and economics for the last 8 years.

Brian enjoys volunteering for organizations that teach business skills in prisons, including DEFY Ventures and the Prison Entrepreneurship Program. He also helped establish a scholarship program for first-generation college students that has awarded over $4 million in scholarship funds to children of farm workers.
